Health Concerns, a LifeSeasons Company, business hours are Monday through Friday, 7am to 5pm (Pacific Time). In addition to completing your order on our website, you may fax your order to (510) 639-9140, email to [email protected] or phone-in your order by contacting us at (800) 233-9355. Our customer service representatives are available from 9am to 5pm (Pacific Time) to take your orders. Orders received by 12 noon (Pacific Time), on business days, are shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 12 noon (Pacific Time) are shipped the next business day.

Please prepare your order before you call. By having all of your information prepared, you can make sure you qualify for free FedEx Ground shipping or other discounts.

Prices / Sales Tax

All prices are subject to change. All orders for California will be charged 9.25% sales tax, effective January 1, 2017.

Shipping & Handling

Shipping and Handling charges are based on the service selected and the location of the delivery. The total amount of Shipping and Handling is not limited to the general rates of either FedEx or USPS but can also include in the pricing charges for packaging, insurance and other costs.

Domestic Deliveries

Our standard shipping service is FedEx Ground for all domestic deliveries. For orders less than $150.00, a $9.00 shipping and handling fee will be assessed. For orders of $150.00 or more, the shipping and handling fee is waived. Other FedEx services are available including 1/2 off 3 Day Select at an additional cost.

Alaska and Hawaii Residents

All deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii will be by USPS priority mail. Flat Rate Box shipments will be utilized whenever possible.  

Orders to Canada

Deliveries to Canada may be shipped via either FedEx Standard to Canada or USPS Priority Mail Express International. Customers are responsible for all additional shipping charges, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and/or import fees imposed by the country of import.  Customers are also responsible for making sure products pass customs in their country.  Please check with your customs office for details.  Please note that all international orders exceeding 42 lbs. may be subject to additional shipping charges.

Other International Shipments

International shipments will be by USPS Priority Mail Express International.  Please note that all international orders exceeding 42 lbs. may be subject to additional shipping charges. Please check with your customs office for details. If you have a customs broker, please provide their contact information and we will ship your order per their instructions.

At this time items that are out-of-stock and on back order may be fulfilled for International orders.  Please note that all fulfilled backorders will be subject to additional shipping charges.

COD & Drop Shipments

All shipments are subject to Shipping and Handling charges as described above. We no longer have a COD option. Drop-ship orders incur a $3.00 charge for each order. International drop shipments are not available.

Issues / Returns

Please notify Health Concerns, a LifeSeasons Company, of any issues with your order(s) within 60 days of purchase.  Product returns, claims, issues and discrepancies are accepted within 60 days of purchase.  Returned products must be in sellable condition.  No returns will be accepted after 60 days.

Upon receipt of merchandise, product condition will be assessed.  If accepted, credit will be issued for future Health Concerns, a LifeSeasons Company, product purchases and/or according to the method of payment less an 18% restocking fee.  All credits expire 6 months from the issue date. 

All returns require a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number.  Please call Customer Service at (800) 233-9355 to obtain an RMA number for authorization to return product.  RMA numbers expire 30 days after issuance, therefore all returns must be received at Health Concerns, a LifeSeasons Company, within 30 days.

Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the order invoice with the RMA number and a brief description for the reason of return, otherwise, returns will not be accepted.

Authorization of returns is at the sole discretion of Health Concerns, a LifeSeasons Company,.  If a product is authorized for return, Health Concerns, a LifeSeasons Company, reserves the right to assess an 18% restocking fee as applicable.  Special orders cannot be returned.

Internet Sales of Health Concerns, a LifeSeasons Company, Products

Health Concerns, a LifeSeasons Company, has never authorized the sale of Health Concerns, a LifeSeasons Company, products over the internet unless purchased through our own website at We do not provide information or product support for any inquiries related to purchases from any third party websites.

Unfortunately, this is a very difficult problem to address as there is no overriding control for what can be sold on the internet. While we continually make attempts to contact and curtail activity on various e-commerce sites, there is no legal action that can be taken directly regarding the unauthorized sale of our products. Even pharmaceuticals find their way onto websites and they are controlled substances. However, we have been working with our Distributors and our legal counsel on a comprehensive set of internet sales policies which we hope will deter the great majority of the most flagrant e-commerce sites.

We do not recommend to anyone to purchase our products from these various e-commerce websites. All online purchases for Health Concerns, a LifeSeasons Company, products should be purchased at We do recommend individuals seek out our products from a licensed health professional who can take a patient history to make a diagnosis and who will monitor their progress. As symptoms often change, dosage and formula indications may as well. 

The problem, of course, is that there are licensed health care practitioners that purchase products and then provide them to operators of unauthorized websites. These websites do not disclose who is operating them and even their domain/url information is masked by nominees who list themselves as proxies. If we could, we would gladly forego any sales to these operators if we could just identify them.  

The initiatives embodied in our internet sales policies will hopefully have a significant impact on the number of sites that promote these unauthorized sales. While we maintain an active list of such sites please do not hesitate to contact us with any information you may have regarding the open sale of our products on the internet.
