Health Concerns Symposium is a meeting point for practitioners of alternative, acupuncture and herbal medicine where members of these communities can network with other professionals, learn from the best minds in alternative medicine and earn continuing education credits. Covering a variety of topics, the conference will provide valuable information that the participants can immediately utilize in their practice.

The Symposium will focus on integrative approaches to difficult conditions and will include sessions on treating Fibromyalgia, integrative oncology and much, much more. There will be a review of case studies and an in depth review of protocols for treating lower back pain.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Registration deadline is September 7, 2016.  All cancellations must be in writing and sent to Health Concerns via mail or email.  An administrative fee of $35 will be assessed for ALL cancellations postmarked or emailed dated on or before August 1, 2016.  A 50% cancellation fee will apply to cancellations made before August 31, 2016.  No refunds will be granted after September 1, 2016 including no-shows.  Refunds will be processed within 3 weeks of your request and will either be credited back to your credit card or mailed by check.  These dates are subject to change.

No audio or video recording of any kind is permitted by cell phone or any other equipment.  Violators will be asked to leave, and no refunds will be issued.

Student Registration Terms and Conditions

To qualify for student admission, registrants must provide Health Concerns with the following:

A scanned image of the front and back of a current student ID issued by an alternative or western medicine educational institution
The name of the student's school
Expected graduation date
Focus of studies
