An administrative fee of $35 will be assessed for[on] ALL cancellation[s] postmarked or emailed dated on or after February 8, 2016. Refunds will be processed within 3 weeks of your request and will either be credited back to your credit card or mailed by check. These dates are subject to change. No audio or video recording of any kind is permitted by cell phone or any other equipment. Violators will be asked to leave, and no refunds will be issued.
