For every person diagnosed with Celiac disease, approximately eighty people are undiagnosed. In Wheat Allergy, Gluten Intolerance, Celiac Disease, we will review the gluten free diet, a clinically proven treatment that may help up to one-third of your clients. We will discuss how gluten intolerance may contribute to or cause digestive disorders, osteoporosis, autoimmune disease, migraine headaches, chronic fatigue, anemia, and dermatological conditions. Definitions, prevalence, coping strategies, case studies, treating cross-reactions, and testing methods will be presented, along with a list of common allergic foods. A questions and answer period will follow the discussion.
