Ordering and Shipping Info
Thank you for your interest in Health Concerns. Please take a moment to review the information listed below as it will assist you in ordering.
You may fax (510) 639-9140, email to email@example.com or phone-in (800) 233-9355 your order. Our customer service representatives are available from 9am to 5pm (Pacific Time) to take your orders. Orders received by 12 noon (Pacific Time) are shipped out the same day.
Please prepare your order before you call. By having all of your information prepared, you can make sure you qualify for free UPS Ground shipping or other discounts. All prices are subject to change.
Prices / Sales Tax All prices are subject to change. California accounts must add 9% sales tax or mail us a completed and signed resale certificate with your order. Your resale number alone is not sufficient. Resale Certificate
COD & Drop Shipments COD purchases incur a $12.00 charge for each order. Drop-ship orders incur a $3.00 charge for each order. Orders under $150.00 are subject to a $7.50 shipping and handling fee. Any express shipping for drop-ship orders are charged full freight. International drop shipments are not available.
Shipping & Handling Our shipping policy reflects the following: For orders more than $150.00, the shipping and handling fee is waived, which means UPS ground shipping is free. For orders less than $150.00, a $7.50 shipping and handling fee will be assessed.
Alaska and Hawaii Residents We recommend United States Priority Mail as the preferred method for shipping orders. Drop-ship orders incur a $3.00 charge for each order. Orders under $150.00 are subject to a $7.50 shipping and handling fee.
Rush Delivery Services UPS Overnight, 2-Day Air, 3-Day Select, USPS International Express Mail services, USPS Priority Mail service: cost will vary depending upon the shipping method, weight of the order and zip code. Please contact our office if you have questions. All backorders ship via UPS Ground.
International Shipments International shipments are billed actual shipping and/or postal fees (and insurance where applicable). All international shipments are shipped FOB Oakland, and we use UPS as the preferred carrier, as package tracking is provided. Other carriers are available. However, please note that if you choose a carrier that does not provide package tracking, we are unable to refund the amount of your order or shipping/postal fees should the package become lost in transit. All associated shipping costs are paid by the customer. Please contact us for more information.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and/or import fees imposed by the country of import. Customers are also responsible for making sure products pass customs in their country. Please check with your customs office for details.
To facilitate the ease with which you receive your order, we recommend you use a customs broker. If you have a customs broker, please provide their contact information and we will ship your order per their instructions.
Issues / Returns Please notify Health Concerns immediately or within 60 days of purchase if there are any issues with your order. Product returns, claims, issues and discrepancies are accepted within 60 days of purchase. Credits issued are for future product purchases only. All credits expire 6 months from issue date.
To be credited for returns, please call (800) 233-9355 for a return authorization. Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the order invoice with a brief description for the reason of the return. Returned product must be in sellable condition. No returns will be accepted after 60 days. We reserve the right to assess a 15% restocking fee as applicable.
